It's is no longer news that Ibadan is a fast developing city. Therefore the demand for houses ( flats and apartments) will continue to increase. It appears the Estate agents in Ibadan are really cashing out. Potential tenants always complain about the high cost of agency fees and inspection fees in Ibadan. Kindly share your experience with Estate agents in Ibadan or your house search experience. Or whats the best way to search for an apartment in Ibadan? Thanks
