You are perfectly right.
That whole building for less than twenty thousand euros.
It's too good to be true.

Anybody that jumb into the offer would regret it.
There are every sign of 419ners behind it.
This life no hard. If you really have interest ( which I doubt ) get a lawyer to investigate before purchase. It's not rocket science.

Stop dwelling on assumptions. Get your facts right before you type.

Calm down.

Don't promise what you can not deliver. Think twice before you promise?

First reduce your weekly delivery. 35k is too much. Remember you will handle ALL repairs and maintenance.

Have you checked out prices of spare parts lately?

Prices are higher now due to the higher exchange rates and typical Naija factors.

4 million is also on the high side. Try and settle for a car within the range of 2.5M to 3.5M.

It doesn't have to be a Toyota Corolla. The Honda civic 04 model will do just fine. The spare parts are cheaper.

Your post in incomplete without a phone number.

House address can come later. Not required for now.

Take your time don't rush.

Wish you luck.

If you are serious about starting your own export business, this is the only e-book you will ever need.

One thing I realize from experience is, sometimes an article, no matter how long, does not do enough to cover the depth of information beginners need to launch their own export business in some difficult areas.

When such becomes the case, it calls for something much more revealing and informative than just an article.

That is what I have done in presenting this e-book on exportation and international trade in Nigeria. Every bit of information you will ever need to start your own export business.

As funny as it may sound, it is as easy as sending goods from Lagos to Port Harcourt via a courier service.

All you need is the right information and you’re on your way to making LOTS OF MONEY exporting common foodstuffs, that's why we teach only serious people who are Willing to learn.

I welcome you all to these business, its my earnest desire for you to succeed and become a great Exporter.

Nairaland escrow using a foreign number.... Hard to trust.

New account... Another big problem.

@op escrow is all about trust. Nairalanders will not trust someone with a foreign number and new Nairaland account.

Don't fight it. It's all about perception.

Go back to the drawing board if you have one.
