After restructuring, l will have the time

Spend a day with traders in the market. Sell with them. You cant understand how they think if you only sleep in Abuja

All you need to do is to stay close to them. I will stop driving those luxurious cars

I will lead by example, go to the war front, trek on the road sometimes. Nigerians are emotional about their leaders

And then focus on putting patrotism back into the people

If I am the president today, i will tactfully ensure restructuring

As parents we should train our children with character of detribalization

We need someone who is detribalized

Must be young and healthy. The task can't be handled by old men. They need a lot of sleep

Realise that democracy is a slow process but moves with great inertia

They don't have to be perfect but you must understand that they can only grow and you expect some shortfalls for now.

Like obey court orders and respect the national assembly

You need to grow the institution of the country even though it hurts you

Our greatest problem actually is the structure of the country. Our leaders are too far and different from us.

We need leaders that understand the rudiments of building a society

For instance, we have professors of Physics everywhere being paid regularly but our soldiers don't have enough tanks to fight BH

We really need leaders who understand the power of knowledge

The Nigeria problem is extremely complex

For instance, when you shout corruption everytime, you catch everybody. Children are growing up. You will make your children believe that everybody is corrupt in Nigeria. That is the way you will lose them. You need to balance them.

We need a very very very smart, intelligent, patriotic and tactical person as a leader

Nigeria is a country that needs a leader that is more than all the greatest leaders the world have seen.

The bad news is that they are in the minority

it is not all Nigerians that has lost the love for the country

The good news is this

So who will solve the problem. The leaders or the followers?

Leaders not leading well, followers have lost the main ingredient of good followership ( love for the nation )

So we have most of our leaders leading us in such a way that we lose our love for the nation and this has continued for generations that we have lost the love totally

But when people don't have reasons to love, they won't love. They cant love.

More than 90% of Nigerians don't believe in Nigeria. The lack of the love for the nation is the reason why we are in this mess.
