BusinessRe: Have Prices Of Commodities Reduced In Your Area? by Newdawn30: 9:24pm On Apr 07, 2024
Price of food stuff, I haven't seen any decrease o. I buy beans last 900 for derica, yesterday I buy for 1100 in my area o.

The only thing I know has reduced is electric motorcycles, what used to go for 590k at the peak of 1900 to the $, now at 1300 to $ it's now 470k, that's because we buy in dollar and just sell you the naira equivalent

E-Bikes: My Love Affair with Freedom and Affordability in Nigeria (and How You Can Join the Ride!)

The Lagos air hangs heavy with exhaust fumes, and the groan of traffic echoes the sighs of frustrated commuters. Stuck in bumper-to-bumper chaos, wallet weeping with each pump, I used to dream of an escape. Then, my trusty e-bike entered my life, not just a mode of transport, but a symbol of freedom, affordability, and sustainable exploration.
My love affair with e-bikes wasn't fueled by sparks, but by frustration. Trapped in traffic, inhaling fumes, and watching my hard-earned Naira disappear at the pump, I craved something better. The e-bike arrived, a silent knight on two wheels, promising escape from gridlock and financial woes.

But the love story transcends mere practicality. Here's why my heart beats for e-bikes, especially in Nigeria:

1. Bye-Bye Fuel Blues: Let's be honest, Nigerian fuel prices are a rollercoaster. Filling my tank was a monthly ritual that left me wincing. With an e-bike, I ditch the pump! Charging costs a fraction, leaving more green in my pocket for adventure.

2. Traffic go slows: Lagos traffic is legendary, testing patience and sanity. But on my e-bike, I glide through gridlock, arriving cool, calm, and collected. It's like having a magic carpet that bypasses the chaos, reclaiming precious time and peace of mind.

3. Go Green, Go Happy: As someone who cares about the environment, the fact that e-bikes are emission-free fills me with joy. No more contributing to air pollution, just clean, silent rides that leave the air fresher and my conscience clearer.

4. Fitness Fun: Don't forget the health benefits! Cruising on my e-bike gets my heart pumping and blood flowing, offering a healthy dose of exercise without feeling like a chore. It's the perfect way to combat the sedentary lifestyle of the city
