Npf rejecting money doesn't sound right to me sha

Well that's my experience with Npf, even the 2times I have made use of them(Npf) to arrest 2 guys, one a neighbor when I was at akwa ibom, who leaks(steal) fuel from my gen and also was tapping the light when I on gen, when I confronted him about his theft he wanted to intimidate me, cos I wasn't from their state according to him. The other one was when I had a missing phone and the thief was sending my female contact messages. I mobilised them with cash in both situations. They will tell you they don't have fuel to move and all sort of unreasonable excuses. As if it's not tax payers money they are using to run the stations

I haven't had any dealing with Nigeria police where I didn't path with money ,apart from stop and search sometimes.
Anything that makes you go to there station. You most drop something. Even though na just statement you won write. You go pay for the papers.

I had a funny experience last year December 24, police stopped me at 23 rd festac on my way home to send time with my parent and siblings. I had a laptop bag. Before I left, they requested I should drop offering. One even said you don't go to church or hospital empty handed. I had to give them something. I ended up giving them 5k that day

Now even assuming for the sake of argument that the certificate is fake, can Tinubu be held to have the mental element to deceive INEC that he attended a university which INDEED he attended? Or will the court take all things into account in reaching the decision that according to the school records and transcripts which the school says is its official record - Tinubu attended the school and as such is eminently qualified to seek office? My guess is that the court will neither act in vain or create a nonsense therefore should Atiku lodge these documents in his appeal ( which is highly irregular) the court will on the testimony of the school itself use ancillary and corroborative evidence and rule in Tinubu's favour.

Nice point, I don't think a country can single handedly do that. Put a president can be arrested under international laws. So in this instance it means icc is the only one that can give such other.

In answer to your question, this is what might likely happen if the following questions is answered:
1. Is the president or diplomat legit, as in, are they in their real identity?
2. Is the president or diplomat not legit, as in, are they not in their real identity?
3. Did they commit two or more different crimes under different names?
4. Where they once resident in that country?

Let's tackle 2, 3, 4 together, assuming yes to them all.

If they are not in their real identity, assuming they once commit different crimes and documented under different names, then there's legitimate grounds to get him arrested for identity theft. If for diplomatic sake, they can be asked to leave without notice, akin to when you ask a Diplomat to leave within 48 hours, that's if they are legit. But if they are not, or been documented to have committed a crime under different names, then forceful evacuation applies to them!

There's a reason Diplomats submit their letters of credence to the leader's of the other countries, or why leaders hold bilateral submit once they are sworn in. This is to establish the new person is not a fraud.
