Until virtual banks like palmpay, moneypoint and opay showed up, Nigerians were losing hundreds of millions everyday to failed online transfers; we all thought that instant transfers between one bank to the other (with immediate receipt) was rocket science

And then you'd show up to their banking hall to fill different types of form in order to get your cash refunded, and they would treat you like you had two heads. Most times you never got the money back
