In a population of 10,000 voters, 45% favor a certain candidate. What is the probability that among 10 voters at random without replacement, 6 favors the candidate.

Question 2b
If the probability than an individual suffers a bad reaction from the injection of a given serum is 0.001,determine the probability that out of 2,000 individuals given the injection :

** more than 2 individuals will suffer a bad reaction

Question 2c
A lot of 10 items contains 3 defective items. If 4 items are randomly selected without replacement, find :
**The probability that there are exactly 2 defective items in the sample.
**The expected number of defective items in the lot
**The variance of the defective items in the lot

Good day everyone. Please I would appreciate it if you can help me with any of the problems below. The questions will serve as the assessment for the semester in this course and according to my senior colleagues, the man of dey collect(as if I been even get to give before oo) so I have to put in my very best.

QUESTION 1A
A household survey on typical family of four with intermediate budgeting spending revealed the following :
AMOUNT SPENT FREQUENCY
81--85 06
86--90 12
91--95 23
96--100 35
101--105 24
106--110 10
Using the coding procedure, compute following
**the range
**mean deviation
**variance
**standard deviation
**coefficient of variation

QUESTION 1B
Suppose that a coin is tossed three times. Let 'A' be the event that at least one head is obtained; 'B' the event that a head is obtained on the first toss; ''C' the event that a tail is obtained on the second toss; 'and' D' the event that no tails are obtained.
Find

** (A prime intersect B prime) I don't know how to type prime using symbols.

I have done question 1a, I'll upload the pics so you can all check me. I'm currently on question 2 as I have little idea on how to go about 1b.

There are SIX QUESTION in total and most of them are PROBABILITY problems but the lecturer just introduced the topics days ago so almost everyone is lost as to how to proceed.

Pls I have until 9am tomorrow to submit the work.
