Good evening, I need your help in understanding what Morgan Capital is up to, some things are not adding up in my portfolio. First , as at last Friday, the worth of my portfolio was reduced by about 27%, I am still trying to understand why & today, I bought ftncocoa, earlier it reflected among my stock in the portfolio & the cash was deducted from my cash balance, just now I checked & to my shock, the stock (ftncocoa) is not reflected in my list of stocks.
Please someone with knowledge of this things, should help me understand why this is happening. |

Most of your post: I LOVE megawealth01: Otedola sold his own company, Gerengu to buy shares in Dangote’s Company. Big Money is Not Emotional. Small Money is emotionally connected to everything. Otedola is like the Warren Buffet of Nigeria - there’s no smarter investor in Nigeria than Otedola. Zero attachment to anything. He moves like the wind. He is called ORACLE by those close to him. When I grow up, I want to be like OTE-Dollar.
People are jealous that Dangote granted him $100M private allocation - but they fail to know that Otedola is Dangote’s most loyal mentee. If Dangote tells Otedola to jump, he will jump. Dangote has never also scammed him - a mentor must never scam a mentee. Our generation need to learn from these elders. I’m deeply inspired by the big Moves surrounding this Dangote Refinery IPO. Truth be told, before the shares makes it to the public, long term friends would have taken important positions. The market will make friends richer.
Don’t envy the Dangote circle - build your own now. Start making BIG CORPORATE MOVES. Value relationships.
Even on this faceless platform you can meet faced people who would be interested in your well-being, just play SAFE |

There was no Hezbollah, when isreal outside of labanon. Hezbollah, hamas etc were the outcome of Israel occupation of their lands, to resist the occupation. You can fact checks this about their creation, date & aims of their creation. Repeated narratives in the media has made lots of us believe/accept the false narrative about them. mikeapollo: Hezbollah has been attacking Israel for several years even when Israel was not in Lebanon? What do you say about that? The truth is, Hezbollah is Iran's proxy to fight and destroy Israel. Period! |

Trump don't care about any fracture in government, it was part of what was desired from the outcome of their(USA/Israel) attack on Iran. If it did care about a fractured government, he wouldn't have deprived them a US dollars, instigating internal revolt, send weapons through the Kurds etc Trump is recalculating his earlier reasoning for starting the war in favour of Israel & paid to purchase his loyalty by AIPAC. By media updates, Iran government seem more intact than that of the USA, even Isreal govt is more intact in targeted goals for the war than the USA. Trump finally met in Iran a country he can't easily bullied. Iran is already down & seem to fear no further falls unlike the fear of the USA/Trump, not to be shamed out of the war & trying to end the war in a more respectful way & boast about it on his TRUMP social media handle. Let's try to enjoy Those Iranian fun/mockery LEGO animated songs/album about the war, trump etc stcool: A fracture in govt is something to worry about, as things could get very ugly. |

It's true , you can withdraw 25% while still in service. Several of my friends have done emmanuelewumi: I don't think so. You can withdraw 25% if you are out of job for a period of 3 months and above. This is allowed once
You can also opt for an early retirement at the age of 50. After which you will be given 25% of your RSA value and then get a monthly pension from the balance, which can be annuity or programmed withdrawal |

Sorry Please, what instruction did you send to them? Cash Withdrawal, right? & I believe if it's Cash withdrawal , the money would first be seen in your trading account balance, abi. For my own trading account, the money is not there at all. For three days consecutively I sold several of my stocks, non of the sales money has reflected in my account balance, for me to even think of withdrawing it to my bank account, this wasn't my intention in the first place, my plan was to reinvest in other stocks, which I can't do without the money in my trading account or in my bank account. So this is where Morgan Capital tie me out. Willie2015: Dont think so ... Jan..Feb was something else ... What I did was to send instruction ... And expect credit within 5 days...but they always credit sha Withdrawal is okay now.. I sent instruction last week in the morning... Morgan sent the money bcob. |

Nice one, you might be one of the favoured ones. From Monday to yesterday, I've sold several of my stocks, up till this very moment, I have not received the payment in my bank neither has it reflected in my trading account, I sent them mail on the issue, they haven't replied me. Abi maybe because my money small that's why them do me like this, chaiiiiiiiiiii edwardaigb: I'm not working for Morgan capital or related to the company. I'm just a customer and Morgan is my second stock broker. Due to the noise and complain I read here on Monday this week I sold some shares and made a request yesterday during trading hours. After trading hours (2.40pm) I logged out of my trading platform and viewed my mailbox and saw a receipt of my payment voucher. I checked my bank account and nothing was there and did not panic raither I concluded that by the next day I ll complain to the customer cares.
After about an hour I received my alerts and my requested fund dropped in my account. I write this because I have experience something similar with mmf. I think sometimes any company can have short coming BUT we should give them (Morgan) some time time and stop bad words. Sorry I no be long writer.. |

Morgan Capital still on the 🪘 beats.
I sold a stock early hours of trading today, with the intention of buying another stock with the money but couldn't do it because Morgan Capital didn't credit my balance with the money for me to initiate the trade. Up till this very moment, it has not been added to my balance.
I'm not even sure if it will be added before start of trading tomorrow.
This is unlike Morgan Capital of last year.

I have mail them, up till now no acknowledgement or response from them to my mail.
Please someone should kindly advise me on how to go about resolving this issue, please.

I checked the stock price history, it has been in red for a while SohSoh: IMG's liquidity position is strong and purposefully structured. The company holds ₦2.16 billion in net cash with current assets of ₦4.99 billion comfortably covering current liabilities of ₦2.54 billion — a current ratio of approximately 1.96x. For an industrial company of this scale, that is a robust buffer.
Equally important, IMG is virtually debt-free. Following the 2025 rights issue, borrowings stand at just ₦135.7 million, meaning there are no meaningful debt obligations weighing on the business. Every naira generated from operations is free to be reinvested or returned to shareholders (dividends)
The reduction in cash from the prior year reflects exactly what good capital allocation looks like — ₦3.2 billion deliberately converted from cash into productive fixed assets, with a further ₦7.57 billion in the capital investment pipeline. This is not cash leaving the business; it is cash being transformed into long-lived infrastructure that will generate revenue and earnings for years to come.
In short, IMG carries no debt burden, holds strong short-term coverage, and has proactively deployed its capital into growth assets. The balance sheet is not just liquid, it is positioned for expansion and growth. |

I sold a particular stock on Tuesday, didn't get the sale contract note till Wednesday , this unusual compared to before . Again except my calculations is not accurate, before now I get daily price list to mail before 4pm , now it's come past 4pm , today's own came 5:34om, this still is unlike them, as we know them before Etc ositadima1: What exactly are you asking? Be specific. Some people sell today and then request a withdrawal the next day, even though officially it takes T+2 days for funds to be processed. Simply saying there is a delay is too vague.
Also, there is a specific section within the app where you can initiate a withdrawal; you don’t need to contact them at all. |

Morgan Capital has drastically changed compared how they deal with clients before late 2025 to now. I also had issues, no response to mail, not responding calls etc Xidget: All the shares I bought on 13th of February are not showing on my portfolio. They are not responding to email. I don message them tire. Though I'm be able to sell the shares, but I can't see them.
My friend deposited money two weeks ago, till now, it has not been credited. After constant calls and emails for two weeks without response, they responded 2 days ago and told her that they didn't receive it. She went to the bank, print out her statement of account and send to them, yet nobody reply or said anything since then. It's frustrating. |

Please is the trading account number CSCS number or what please? And the registered name is the name I use in opening an account with MorganCapital. NSEstudent: Morgan Capital has recently been sending messages about their funding. Apparently it could be because of me or someone else/others who sent money and had to email them aggressively to have it credited.
In my case I used the username assigned to my account with the hope that such a unique field would help them speedup the crediting. However, I had to wait for hours before I started sending emails and calls. Their so called WhatsApp number didn't respond, hasn't responded as I type, even after the issue has been fixed.
In the circulating email, which they titled PAYMENT RECOGNITION OPTIMIZATION, they are requesting for account number and registered name. Hopefully this works as expected/desired. |
