I am currently facing an issue with submitting my DS-160 form online. After entering my SEVIS ID from my I-20 form, I am prompted to enter a program number, which I’m unsure about.

Has anyone else encountered this situation? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Additionally, could someone guide me on how to locate my SEVIS ID if needed?

On 07/10/2024, a refund amount of NGN 24,929.72 was credited to my account after cancelling my prime membership subscription. Amazon market charges were also refund on 10/10/2024. NGN 7,206.01. Please see attached as proof.
