I had an interview today but unfortunately i was denied under section 214(b) maybe for no reason or the VO was too tired even to glance through or receive my DS160 application form from me, despite the fact that i had tangible reasons i.e to attend my first child freshman convocation/parent orientation in USA. and i have a very strong tie to my country like owning a multi million naira organization here in Nigeria. i want to know if i can reapply quickly so as to go and celebrate with my first child on his freshman convocation day.
