First, verify that the Amentum reference number on the payment receipt in your email matches the one you entered during the payment process. If you made the payment online or through a bank deposit, ensure the reference number is correct. For online payments, you should have received a confirmation email double-check that the reference numbers match. Also, enter the date the payment was made. If it was an online transaction, you can check your bank statement for the reference number as well.

The payment process is straightforward, and I’m surprised some are still having difficulties with it. For example, I made a payment from my GTBank account to First Bank, and by the next day, I had access to the calendar. Here's a tip: instead of typing, simply copy and paste the Amentum reference number. Make sure the applicant's name is entered as the Payee. For instance, if you make the payment on Monday at 10 a.m., you should be able to log in by 12 p.m. on Tuesday, and the calendar will be accessible, as the payment would likely have been confirmed by then. If you're still unsure, you can screenshot your dashboard so others can assist you further.

Thanks for your concern. Here is the screenshot after entering my Amentum number. The Amentum was copied directly from the payment receipt.

Mine just got resolved on the 18th of October - I called everyday and created tickets - Try and use your aventum number , lets see if it will work.

If it doesn't , call them everyday, chat them everyday lets hope it will work

I called and message everyday, ticket raised and Amentum reference number used to no avail

I did on 20th Sept; still nothing happening with my tickets, and the call centre seem helpless as well. Emails to LagosNIV email also not acknowledged yet

Still having same issue since 23rd Sept.

For nearly a month, I’ve been trying to book an appointment after making my payment on September 20th, 2024. I’ve called customer service daily and created tickets, but no luck—until now.

I’m not one to keep solutions to myself, so I wanted to share how I finally resolved this issue. Each time I tried to move forward with my pending application, it would prompt me to make the payment again, even though I had already done so. I tried everything, including calling customer care. Today, they suggested I enter the OIS number on the deposit slip. I realized I had been using **"/"** instead of **"|"** for almost a month! Even though trying the **"|"** didn't work initially due to system slowness, customer service advised me to try the Aventum number. I’m pretty sure I had tried this before, but I gave it another go—and it worked!

I can’t help but feel that someone else might have solved this problem but didn’t share the solution here typical Nigerians especially the older generation ..lol. It’s a shame when people don’t help others, especially when they know the struggle. Anyway, if you’ve been stuck like I was (and I know I wasn’t the only one), try the steps I mentioned and book your appointment. I’m so grateful to God that this finally worked!

Thanks for the update. I am having same issues. I made payment on 23 sep 2024 and still unable to book appointment customer care ain’t helping at all, raised tickets unattended to. I just tried what you did still not working.

Good Evening house. I tried inputting my bank deposit details on Avits portal and I was logged out immediately, I tried several times no result. I have been on this for the past 3 days. Any meaningful assistance to resolve this will be highly appreciated.

Though the Ac technician assured me that my car won’t Vibrate cos I raised same concern. Do you have idea the cost of original oem automatic compressor?

My Automatic follow come Toyota Camry 07 Ac Compressor became faulty and I was advised to go for manual compressor which I did. After 2 weeks of installation of both manual compressor and condenser the Ac became faulty, after examining the Ac I was told repairing the manual Ac won’t solve the problem that I should go for Peugeot Ac compressor that it’s more durable and user friendly.
My question is how compatible is Peugeot Ac on Toyota Camry 07. Your candid opinions will be highly appreciated thanks.
