It's a very risky thing though.
Once caught as an employer, you pay a fine of £60,000.
And I think other sanctions would likely follow.

Everyone knows the consequences of their standards as adults and since it is not good to force people on matters of love, it is important that the person should gladly enjoy their own consequences in peace. They should not come to social media and start lamenting later because of their self-chosen standards.

The problem we have is that 99% of the time, there has to be clarification about what has been said. How can we have a body or an institution that is always right and how do we divorce the person from the position?
