As we come to the end of October, there is significant progress to report at our renovation site in Ajah, Lekki, Lagos.

The property is a 2-Bedroom Boys Quarter with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen built in 1996 and our contract is to modernize, renovate, and refurbish it.

All the windows louvres are being replaced with aluminium ones. Old sanitary ware have been removed, the wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and doors are out. Additional doorways have been added for easier access. The old burglary-proof has been removed. Asbestos ceiling has been removed and replaced with POP ceiling, old electrical wiring and water pipes are being removed and replaced with new ones.

Work continues this week.
