The artwork is great but, look where you dey sell am na. People still dey hustle for fuel up and down and you dey put 500k price tag for an artwork.

NL is filled with jobless people, freelancers and 9-5ers

Thank you for your very genuine advice about targeting other countries. Truly, I plan on using Facebook and Instagram ADs to target South Africa, USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, and maybe UAE. The problem with that will become the cost of shipping, and the issue of trust.


One issue I want to raise though is that as much as a large majority of Nairalanders may not be financially buoyant, there are thousands of Nairaland members and visitors who are. I've sold cars for hundreds of thousands of Naira, and I've gone to meet clients off Nairaland whom I thought were kids, but turned out to be respectable people in their society.

I was in my estate meeting recently, and I saw one of the big boys in my estate peeping Nairaland on his phone. I asked him what hes doing on the site, and he said he visits it daily to know whats happen. Though admitting he's also on Twitter, but he prefers Nairaland.


I've simply come to the conclusion that Nairaland is not the best place for the sale of artwork, though it will still be relevant for sales of cars. Thank you for your advice LucemFerre.
