In my own analysis, a Legal Department never approves money. So how can a CLO who is not an approving authority steal that money without the knowledge of the MD/CEO. The MD/CEO approves everything. Anyway for those confused about the authenticity of this publication answer one question. Which departments in conjunction with the MD/CEO may steal money, is it Procurement, Operations, Commercial, Finance or Legal? If you answer this question then you would know what is going on in EKEDC. I’ll sit back and watch the events unfold.
