ibirongbe: The interview, which lasted an hour and five minutes, was conducted verbally. The questions were similar to those asked in the pre-CAS interview. It's not particularly difficult if you're prepared; the questions are answerable if you research the schools and remember the details of your application.
Pls bro, May I know which school or is the ukvi interview applies to all school now or urs is just random Firstly, this applies to all universities. Secondly, the interview selection process seems random; I don't know how they choose candidates, but anyone could be selected. |

jintex: Thank you so much for this!!!
Pls did you tell them you applied for other schools? Yes, I told them I applied to three different universities. I explained that I chose this particular college because its modules and location would give me the chance to meet people from different parts of the world. It's better not to mention too many universities, as you might be asked why you didn't choose the other schools. In my case, I explained that one school sent an offer late, and another turned down my application. I received the offer from the third school after I had already paid a deposit to the college I ultimately chose. |

If I may ask,, where the questions typed/writen or asked verbally? for you to have remembered everything The interview, which lasted an hour and five minutes, was conducted verbally. The questions were similar to those asked in the pre-CAS interview. It's not particularly difficult if you're prepared; the questions are answerable if you research the schools and remember the details of your application. |

The work reference letter clarifies that I am currently employed, providing context for the gap in my academic record. tangela: Alhamdulillah. Very happy for you bro. Was the work reference letter optional? or is it because of the specific route you are following? |

justwise: Why college? Considering all the restrictions that comes with it as a foreign student.
Prepare to answer questions as to why you decided to spend that much for college education. Find something unique about that college, tell them why you decided to study in that college, tell them why you decided to study that course. Etc I chose this particular college because most UK universities don't accept certificates from the Benin Republic. The few that do are very expensive and require IELTS. This college, however, accepts my certificate and has a more affordable deposit. I had applied for a visa in December but withdrew the application due to an enrollment deadline. Rather than asking for a refund, I decided to stick with this college to avoid the stress of another admission process. |

Emmyrez: Continue, it will take you to the priority page later Thanks for your response. When I hit 'save and continue,' it's directing me to the payment page to pay for the Standard service. I was expecting it to give me options for both Standard service, Piority Service. So do you advice I pay and it's will direct me |

Hello everyone,
I'm wondering if I've encountered a glitch. I intended to select the priority service, but to my surprise, I'm only seeing the standard service as an option. Could you please let me know if priority service is no longer available?

I submitted my application to UKVI on December 13th and haven't heard back yet. School starts Last resumption today the 20th January 2025, and they've asked me to defer to April. They say they'll withdraw my current CAS and that I won't need to reapply for a visa because they'll update the UKVI SMS portal and issue me another CAS. I'm confused because I haven't received any information about this new CAS. And please do you have idea why Application is taken longer Mykman1202: This information might be helpful to those who needs it.. You are required to provide your ‘shareCode’ at the port of entry as a means of identification and proof of your Visa (e-visa) to the officer. I have gone through a few previous communication on this trend and I could see that most people don’t really understand the process or maybe it’s different for foreign students or Professionals applicants. Please when you receive your e-Visa confirmation letter, go through it thoroughly and you might come across some personal unique codes.. those code are more like your ‘BRP number’ so when you are access the UKVI e-visa website and you are asked if you know your ‘BRP number or have created a UKVI account’ always answer YES to the question and where you are required to input, use those codes as your BRP number, your DOB and your phone number or email address to log in into your e-Visa personal details Page where you can create a shareCode to provide to the office at the port of entry and also to your landlord and your employer too when you get to the UK. Just like I said, it might be different to every category of applications. I work with asylum and refugee team and this is how we get into their e-Visa page since the commence of e-Visa scheme in the UK. I hope this information is helpful to most people. Don’t sell yourself short of information as you willl only delay yourself at the port of entry. Those officers will not have the time to go through this with you or wait for you to do all this when you are at the airport. Just saying…. Maybe few might help but prepare for the worst and always be ready… I still repeat, the process might be different for every application. Kind regards 🙏🙏🙏 |
