Nigeria is not the only country where politics is being play.
As organised as the US electoral college, Trump as an incumbent president lost to Biden either being rigged out or not and no one described Trump as a weakling because he could not do the unthinkable like you naively felt Jonathan would had done when he was defeated by describing him as being confused and if Fubara felt out of wisdom that the battle against Wike to govern Rivers state does not worth the blood of innocent souls then so be it.
Maybe you should register with a political party if you have not done so, collect a nomination form to contest an elective position to ascertain if you are confused or not.

Some comments up there are too unpleasant to comes to terms with, what a responsible federal govt ought to do since the attacks was directed at the opposition, is to condemn it, because one of it primary duties is to protect life and property irrespective of being behind it or not and issues a stern warning to deter any retaliation in the guise of self protection which may breed anarchy but what we see is the government looking the other way and it supporters displaying ignorance with their wreckless comments.

It is the loophole with our electoral laws that politicians often exploit in court.
The supreme court pass a judgement on the litigation brought to it from the outcome of the 2023 presidential election that the IREV portal is not one of the evidential proof captured by the 2022 electoral law but the form EC8A and what this means is that irrespective of the numbers of winning votes recorded at the collation centre and transmitted to the IREV portal it is not valid by law so the politicians make sure the form EC8A is swap on it way to the collation centre with the aid of INEC officials hence the pressure or advocacies by well meaning Nigerians that electronic transmission of collated result at the polling unit is mandatory and also the primary source of evidential proof in court.

At the end of the day, no mandatory electronic transmission, no compulsory real-time transfer.

The real time transfer of results in one polling unit would not be the same as another polling unit. Real time transfer of results to iRev could be 5mins after counting of results in one polling unit while it could be 45 mins, 1hr or 2hrs or more in other polling units.

End of the day, form EC8A remains the authentic and primary source of results. Whatever votes that's on form EC8A remains binding on all parties. If you like, don't have agents in over 40,000 polling units like one Loser Party(LP) did in the last election and were wailing everywhere. And they couldn't present evidence in court.

We're only waiting for opposition or coalition of vultures and hyenas to present their Presidential candidate because we need a whipping boy to make the campaign a lot more fun.

As we await INEC to announce President Tinubu the winner of 2027 election, we remind you once again that all your noise only end on social media. Your noise and protest achieved nothing. What Nigerians are saying is that in area where there is no internet service let the form EC8A be filled, sign and stamp with the collated result and before taking the form EC8A to the collation centre let same result be sent to the irev portal via the BVAS machine irrespective of network availability so that as soon as the form EC8A gets to the collation centre the data sent through the BVAS machine would had been delivered to the irev portal.
Anyone that prefer the manual process using form EC8A with a clean heart can use it to confirm if the result transmitted electronically is same with it

So what happens in case of network glitch or anything that prevents the transmission? The result is invalid.

Mr Lecky is either you want to help.your cronies maintain status quo by constantly aiding and abetting electoral rigging or you are missing the cruise of the matter.

All what meaningful Nigerians are saying is that after result has been collated and filled in the Form EC8A it should be uploaded in the BVAS machines to reflect same in the irev portal simple after all what is the essence of spending billions on BVAS machines and not using it.

Main reason for APC to add their voice to the yearnings of Nigeria for an amendment to the 2022 electoral law for a mandatory electronic transmission of result but they will always look the other way claiming they are majority in the house so therefore whatever decision reached is accepted by the party, main while we all know this branded figures is a ruse to sell a false narrative to justify impending rigging.

If you sends a data/collated results to the internet via the BVAS it will remain unaltered irrespective of the availability of network service and such data will be retrieved immediately the holder of the BVAS gets to an area where there is network coverage

Those rural areas with no network at all, how do we transmit their result? Stop making noise upandown, come up with creative solutions and you will have my support.

Hmm man is a spirit that lives in a body and has a soul, I once had an experience while servicing, on this fateful day we were gisting in our lodge with a couple of guys all of a sudden a female corps member looked straight into my eyes seductively and immediately I felt semen/sperm coming out from my pe**s noticing it without others knowing I ran to the convenience to cleaned myself up, I started wondering how could that happened maybe it is konji or stuff but I could not confront this lady to ask any question so that day pass away.
