Founder of One Love Family, Satguru Maharaj Ji, has called on the Nigerian government to bring ailing President Muhammadu Buhari to him as he will heal him of his ailment.
Maharaj ji, who spoke at the Nigerian Union of Journalist (NUJ) secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria also assured Nigerians that challenges confronting the nation would soon be over.

He said he was ready to heal Buhari if the presidency could bring him home.

“I do not believe in sickness. The President of Nigeria is great. And he should remain so. And that is why if he comes to me for healing, I will heal him. I have done it for several public office holders. I remembered that I treated Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida (IBB), when he was afflicted by an ailment. I cured him. But he later denied me.

He said the presence of the president was needed in the country, as it would douse agitation of Nigerians and help address issues challenging the country.

According to him:

“Since he left, the acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, has been acting on his behalf. And I believe he has defied Nigerians prediction that he will be a figure head. I believe he knows what he is doing.”

Maharaj Ji also condemned the ongoing indefinite industrial action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) over Federal Government unfulfilled promises, as an act aimed to draw the country’s education sector backward.

CrimeKidnapper Evans Wins First Case As Court Rules Against Police by ngamebo(op): 5:41pm On Aug 16, 2017
https://www.gistreel.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/kid-1.jpg

The Federal High Court Sitting in Lagos has ruled that the Fundamental Rights Enforcement Suit filed by Suspected Billionaire Kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike popularly known as ‘Evans’ can proceed.
Justice Abdulaziz Anka, dismissed police argument that the case was not ripe for hearing due to the Inspector-General of Police and the Nigeria Police Force being served with court papers in Lagos rather than in Abuja
Justice Anka upheld the argument by Evans’ lawyer, Mr. Olukoya Ogungbeje, that by virtue of Order 5 Rule 2 of the Fundamental Rights Procedure Rules 2009, the IG and the NPF were rightly served through their agents at Alagbon in Lagos.
The court also agreed with Ogungbeje that Mr. Emmanuel Eze, who appeared for the 3rd and 4th respondents in the case, had no right to speak for the IG and the NPF, which were joined in the suit as the 1st and 2nd respondents respectively.
The judge agreed that the coast was clear for the hearing of the suiton Wednesday as there was proof of service on the IG and the NPF, which was exhibited before the court.

We are by nature creatures of habit. In fact, most times I doubt we even consider our habits—we just do them without thinking. This is great if our habits are positive and make us more productive people. But what about those subconscious practices that drive our loved ones crazy—or worse, could even hurt our health? Consider these six bad habits that may actually be more detrimental to your health than you realize! Are you guilty? There’s always time to change.

Bad Habit #1: Negative Attitude & Self-Talk

It turns out that happy people are more likely to have happy bodies. According to Dr. Laura Kubzansky, professor of social and behavioral sciences at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, “emotional vitality—characterized by enthusiasm, hopefulness, engagement in life, and the ability to face life’s stresses with emotional balance—is associated with a substantially reduced risk of heart attack and stroke.” So figure out what brings you joy in life and start focusing more on that now to reduce your risk of debilitating disease in the future. Positive vibes help!

In addition to being outwardly positive, having positive self-talk is also really important to reaching your health goals, particularly when it comes to weight loss. What you say to yourself matters! It can help propel you or derail you. We may overeat as a result of guilt from negative self-talk or as a way of numbing emotions. Negative self-talk also creates stress, which metabolically makes weight loss that much more difficult for the body. That’s no good. So be good to yourself!

Bad Habit #2: Over-Scheduling

Unfortunately, certain cultures fuel a busy lifestyle. While it may feel extremely productive at times, those of us who have a habit of over-scheduling can be left feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. The constant rushing from one thing to the next often creates unnecessary stress and impacts the safety of ourselves and others. How do we overcome the habit of over-booking? And how do you make time for what’s really important—including healthy habits? Take a closer look and re-evaluate your choices.

This need to pack it all in may have actually come from habits we established as kids. It’s been shown that over-scheduling kids can have a negative impact on their eating habits, sleeping habits, and relationships with friends and family members, according to Deb Lonzer, MD, chair of Community Pediatrics for Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital. When it comes to your daily or weekly schedule, it’s good to have a plan. We want you to intentionally schedule time for being active, meal prepping, and doing things that relieve stress. But be mindful of over-booking your time with lower-priority activities that inhibit you from doing these sorts of healthy habits long-term.

Bad Habit #3: Procrastination

Are you prone to putting things off? You may want to rethink your habits, says psychological scientist Fuschia Sirois of Bishop’s University in Quebec, as “trait procrastination—that is, a tendency to delay important tasks despite the negative consequences—was significantly associated with having hypertension or cardiovascular disease.” Many other ailments, such as headaches, digestive issues, colds and flus, and insomnia may also be the result of stress from delaying the inevitable. In many cases, relationships are also impacted both personally and professionally by close or unmet deadlines. Leaving things to the last minute likely create frustration or even anger in our friends, family, or coworkers, who are fed up with our ways. So do yourself and those you love a huge favor by being more proactive rather than reactive.

Bad Habit #4: Always Prioritizing Others

Some of us put the needs of others above our own. There’s nothing wrong with this—in fact, it’s a trait to be admired. However, the downside is that those who do this have a tendency to take on the stress and anxiety of other peoples’ problems in an effort to help and care for them. If you relate to this, it’s time to make practicing self care a habit. Identify what you need, when you need it, and how to prioritize these needs. You will be able to better care for others when you’ve taken time to care for yourself.

Bad Habit #5: Binge-ing TV

We are all victims to autoplay, and thus end up spending many sedentary—albeit joyful—hours with our couch. I am by no means demonizing Netflix, Hulu, and other entertainment platforms. They’re great. But we must strike a balance between adequate physical activity and binge-ing the entire season of [insert your show here]. The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity per week. If you’re not sure how to fit in working out on the reg, here are 7 things to rebuild fitness habits to get you started. And to prevent withdrawal symptoms, don’t forget that running on the treadmill or spinning on a stationary bike are great times to catch up on your shows!

Bad Habit #6: Not Preparing Your Own Food

When you’re short on time, a household of one, or traveling for work, it can be easy to get out of the habit of cooking at home. I am definitely guilty of this. The problem with eating out frequently is it not only weighs on your weight, but your financial stability as well. I think we can all admit that we likely eat larger portions of higher-calorie foods when consuming meals away from home. The industry is against us. With this simple 14-day healthy meal plan or our healthy recipes and advice, you can get back in the habit of eating healthy and hopefully save a few bucks too!

In the end, there’s no question: Breaking bad habits and creating new healthy ones can be challenging. But the obvious pay-offs for your health and lifestyle make it worth it! You can do this.

HealthHome Remedies For Black Spots On Your Face by ngamebo(op): 1:53pm On Aug 14, 2017
http://themedicalhope..com.ng/2017/08/home-remedies-for-black-spots-on-your.html

Many black spots or dark patches can be easily lightened or eliminated to restore a glowing facial complexion. Dark spots, patches and other marks on the face may be due to excess secretion of melanin on the skin.

Some factors that can lead to this condition include over exposure to the sun, hormone imbalance, pregnancy, certain medications, vitamin deficiencies, lack of sleep and too much stress.
home remedies for black spots on your face
Spots and patches on the face can be embarrassing and even lead to low self-esteem. Luckily, there are many possible treatments, such as acid peels and laser surgeries. Simple, natural homemade remedies also may reduce the appearance of spots and other blemishes on your face.

Here are top 10 home remedies for Black Spots on Face.

(Out of the 10, we have covered 3 home remedies in this video as well.)
1. Lemon Juice

lemon juice for black spots
A quick and easy solution can be found in your kitchen or your nearest grocery store – lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply.
Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area.
Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water.
Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.
If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rose water, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.
2. Potato

potato for black spots
Your vegetable drawer is another source of home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes have natural bleaching properties that help fade spots, scars as well as blemishes. The starch in potato helps reduce pigmentation, while the enzymes in it promote healthy skin.
Potatoes can be applied in one of the three ways:
Method 1
Slice up a potato.
Place one slice directly on the black spots.
Leave it on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water.
Method 2
Peel and grate a potato.
Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in the grated potato.
Apply the mask on your face and allow it to dry for 15 minutes.
Rinse it off using lukewarm water.
Method 3
Extract the juice of 1 potato.
Add a little lemon juice and a pinch of turmeric powder to it.
Apply this mixture on your black spots.
Allow it to dry, then rinse it off.
Some people have also had success using tomatoes to get rid of dark black spots within a few weeks.
3. Buttermilk

Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. The lactic acid in it will gradually reduce skin pigmentation and brighten your overall skin complexion.
Black Spots Home Remedy
Take 4 teaspoons of buttermilk.
Add 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice.
Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply.
Wash it off after 15 minutes.
If you do not have buttermilk, simply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off. Repeat this procedure twice daily for 4 to 5 weeks.
4. Aloe Vera

aloe vera for black spots on face
Aloe vera has many healing properties and is a great natural dark spot corrector. Its gel has polysaccharides that stimulate the growth of new skin cells to help reduce dark spots and heal scars.
A 2010 study published in the Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research throws light on many skin benefits of aloe vera gel. The study says that this gel can help clear dark spots and skin blemishes and make the skin clearer.
Extract fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf.
Apply it directly on dark patches and black spots.
Gently massage the area with your fingertips for a few minutes.
Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse your face.
Repeat this once or twice daily for a few weeks to fade skin discolorations.
If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week.
Vitamin E oil and castor oil, too, are useful in getting rid of black spots.
5. Sandalwood

Sandalwood is another effective option. The natural oils in it can help clear black spots naturally. It even adds a healthy glow to your skin.
sandalwood for black spots
Make a thick paste of 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder, 1 tablespoon of glycerin and 3 tablespoons of rose water. (If you don’t have rose water, you can use milk or honey.)
Apply the thick paste to the affected skin area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water.
Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely.
6. Turmeric

turmeric for black spots
Turmeric is another popular skin-lightening agent that can be used to get rid of black spots on your face. It repairs free radical damage and reduces skin pigmentation and discoloration. It is also effective for quickly removing sun spots and age spots.
Make a thick paste of 2 teaspoons of turmeric and a little milk and lemon juice.
Apply it to the skin where there are black spots.
Leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
