All of them are great products with great specs but your pocket determines. If u want fingerprint, go for Elephone, if u want rugged phone, go for Umi hammer and emax. Lenovo is great with its UI.so choice is urs sir but sincerely no regret if u buy any of them sir
I was hoping you would put a seal on it by dropping a name based on your experience and feedback. All the same, thanks

You have your point but I have not drawn any conclusions, just relayed my sad experience with this device. Maybe I made the mistake of buying a sedan and expecting it to do the work of an SUV based on other peoples testimonies while they drove in cities. In any case, the device has a new owner who seems to be wowed; though anybody should, for the price he got it off me. But thank you for your concern

I agree with you on the speakers, my 10 year old HTC magic performed way better than this phone in that regard. However, I would say battery experience has been good so far. I'll suggest you give it a little more time with the phone. I don't why, but I listened to some folks here and charged right out of the box before using, if that helped, I may never know. Another things if you can help it, do the wipe as you intended and recalibrate the battery and see if it helps.
Very bad output with the speakers. Well dont know how to recalibrate battery though it is too late because I have being paid for the phone. So how to factory reset it safely is all I seek at the moment. Thank you very much

How did you charge it from the box?
I followed this thread from page 1 to 200 plus before buying this device. I used NEPA to charge to 100% before use. Drained it and charged to 85%. Then to 100% then to 80%. Nothing changed. Thank you

Well it seems to be working out differently for different folks. For me, my tale is certainly not of pleasure. I got this phone strictly because of the battery and that seems to be simply my undoing- perhaps I got a very defective device, because the battery seems to be competing vigorously with Usain Bolt on who gets to zero faster, and I would be kind if I described the speaker output as terrible. Long story short; I am selling a less than 2 weeks phone at 30% loss. I dont want problems neither do I have the stomach for customer service aches: an email I sent to Infinix was not attended to for 3days until I sent a reminder which stirred them to a creepy reply a day later. Well am here to ask for assistance; can somebody put me through on how to easily and safely get this phone back to factory settings so that I can give it to the new owner first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you

nonny400:
I think your battery is defective. however, please answer these questions.

1) What network do you use on it? Is the phone always having few bars of a particular network? If yes,it's the radio usage of the phone that sucks your battery. Network radio usage is important, so get a strong network. Also, switch your data off when not in use.

2)How do you charge it? With the original charger? If not, look for the original charger,or an equivalent 2A charger. Also, try not to get it full. 85-90% is okay for better optimization for the hot note, that's what we the users know.

3) Are your apps always syncing? If yes,go to data usage, click options, and deselect autosync. You can also go to all those accounts you're using on the phone via settings-accounts, and click each account to be sure it isn't syncing in the background.

4) Your haptic feedback should be disabled. Go to profiles, open the one you're using, and deselect haptic feedback. Its the same as vibration. The only vib you should use is call vib.

5) Your brightness should be set to auto.

6) Go to battery, and select the option to optimize CPU to save battery.

I don tire to type.
Thank you.
Thank you very much for your time and response sir
I believe I have a very defective product cos once I unplug charger I loose like 3% instantly. I have also ordered for other people and they have being enjoying it without hassles straight from the box.
1. I am using Mtn and Glo and the mtn network seems more unstable than the glo but that to me is not enough justification
2. I use the original charger on NEPA strictly and I just charged to 86% as you advised. I will see how it goes
3. I don't understand by syncing but if your apps dont sync on thier on do you stil have a functional smart phone? All I have ordered sync but battery still runs 3days
4. It is disabled already
5. Brightness is set to auto already
6. Will do. But wouldnt that make the phone slower?

drain d battery and charge it with nepa light till 85%
Thank you. Will do. But just charged it now to 100% before I saw your suggestion. I have only used NEPA light so far and the fast charge is good but once I just disconnected the charger it dropped to 97%. Will charge to 85% next time and see how it goes

Hello guys. Seems I am on a long tin with this infinix hot note. I have ordered for 2 before now and the users are giving crazy reviews about the battery. So when I decide to go for it I get a lemon! I have charged this phone twice in three days after what I consider as average use. I sleep with the battery at 100% and wake with it at 80 to 70. Then during usage it seems one% drops every 2 minutes. Is there something am supposed to do? Or everybody giving positive reviews about the device operate in battery saving mode? Well am totally not happy about the battery stuff because that was the major motivation for me to get this device. Any possible solution(s) will be highly appreciated. Thank you

Good day guys. Bin following this thread from day one. In fact I believe I was one of the first to order for this phone during pre-order but it took too long so I canceled, but I have maintained an active interest, testimony is quite good. I know it is has bin treated but I want to confirm if it is better to charge from the box or use before charge? Based on individual experiences

Now the harvest happen upon us
For every man his just reward
I have tilled and tolled my little parcel
And watch with glee as my basket fills
Look around for a brother to share
Fruits and tubers and grains abound
Hope and pray someday my Faith be proud

Still dedicated to my lovely daughter. My greatest fear is in her future as I am complicit in enthroning the current order. But I have Faith yet
