Good evening friends,

Please I am new in Lagos, 2 months plus. Please how can I successfully get a one bedroom (room and parlour) in Lagos. I am finding it difficult. How do I go about it? What are the trusted and safest steps to follow. I need to leave where I am staying to my own apartment.

Please kindly give good advice on steps someone can follow to get a house in a place like Yaba, etc....

I am looking at a budget of 500k, then agency fee of not more than 30%.
