LaPremiereFemme: Good evening everyone.
Please I want to ask; I intend to study PGDE anytime soon but I am confused on which school is better between NOUN and National Teachers Institute in terms of education quality but most especially as regards WES evaluation in future? Again, is the kind of school a person obtained a degree from really a factor in WES evaluation or their primary concern is the person's academic results irrespective of the institution it is gotten from? Do it at NOUN. |

sanima770: I honestly hope any party that comes to power will finally tackle the real unemployment crisis in Canada and stop pushing the tired 'labour shortage' propaganda. People are struggling badly.even to get low-wage jobs. The reality on the ground is painful, and it's time the government faced it instead of pretending everything’s fine. It’s sad! I can understand your point of view exactly as it is, believe me. But this incoming "party/government" means different things (in terms of the benefit and the shortfalls) to different group of people (immigrants, people in the pool etc). For instance, I am happy that education category was added but transportation category guys are unhappy because they were removed from category draws. For me, Liberal winner means continuity of the current liberal immigration rules and that means education category is here to stay, but a Conservatives win,there'll definitely be a Total overhaul of the system and it'll get more difficult although i believe its the conservatives that can truthfully acknowledge the unemployment crises and tackle it. I'm quite empathetic to everyone's cause but man still gatz look out for himself...lol. I hope you understand... May the best man win! |

Folasewami: Hello everyone. I am having an issue joining the express entry pool. The status says i am ineligible twice. I am guessing the reason for this is because my spouse hasn’t done ielts. I was thinking i could enter the pool atleast, and then update profile later. My question now is, can i join the pool as a single applicant even though i am married? You're missing a particular information, happened to me, continued until i discovered that my number of work hours calculation was wrong. Yours may be different but check that first |

oluyinkavic: Hello,
I did my IELTS and had the below score;
Listening 9.0, Reading 6.5, Writing 6.0, Speaking 7.0, Overall Band Score of 7.0. Do I stand a chance with this score? If you can afford it, request for a remark of your reading and writing. A 7 in both will go a long way |

Luckygurl: Okk I’ll do that Thank you You're welcome. In the meantime, create a profile and jump in the pool. You never can tell. ITA may be knocking, your WES reference number will still be the same even if correction is done so no point waiting till then. Claim your 2 or more certs points |

Luckygurl: Hello. Now I’m abit worried. I choose two or more certificates when I created my profile but my ECA report is different from yours particularly where they wrote Canadian equivalent summary. Someone please clarify I’m still on the right track. Its supposed to cover for both. Send them an email about your concerns and see the response. |

PawsandWhiskers: Good evening everyone Happy weekend Please ,I needed a guide and opinion. I graduated with a Bsc(Ed) honor and also have a TRCN certificate (Teaching certificate) from a public varsity in Nigeria . Please is it advisable for me to evaluate both certificates for my application process. I will support if anyone can support me with an opinion 🥺 Only your BSC will be evaluated. I also have a Trcn which WES doesn't reckon with, but fortunately i did PGDE and thats what i added to my degree to claim points for 2 or more certificates. |

MayorOfEdmonton: Historically, the highest Agric Category draw was 437, previous draws were lower (386 & 354). So at 466 you should be fine IMO. All the best Thanks for the heads up. I appreciate you. |
