It seems the difference between cassava flour and wheat flour isn't much.

Cassava flour is 10,000/50kg bag.
While wheat flout is somewhere around 11,500/50kg bag.

Please clarify.

And I heard that the quality of baked foods between cassava flour and wheat flour has a high disparity

If cassava flour is of higher production quantity, the flour can be cheaper.
The shelf life of cassava flour can go for 12months in which wheat flour will manage to be wholesome after 3months
