i ve become one of ur fans. ur step by step documentation n pics can help a jjc like me not to get swindled. well done. i am always appalled with the state of fixtures/fittings (acquired @ great cost) in homes few yrs after completion.my question is: will it be better to source for some fittings like kitchens and windows from overseas e.g UK or av it done locally.
