The FACT is that most of these SCAMMERS NUMBERS belongs to MTN Nigeria network many still EXIST, despite our team several effort to collaborate and ask MTN Nigeria to block/deactivate these numbers yield NO RESULT. We don't yet know why MTN after several report they allow some of this numbers to function, why? this remain the question. In some of our discussion with them, they insisted some of this numbers are still under investigation, investigation for the past 6 months! MTN are you serious?, 6 months scammers are cheating people but you cannot block or deactivate numbers, besides we all know you can even trace subscriber's precise positioning with the help of your gsm triangulation system in place.

MTN Nigeria claimed from the website that "MTN has a zero tolerance for Fraud. To this end, we consider it particularly important for you join us in the fight to eliminate fraud. Carrying out awareness and anti-fraud programs focused on fraud and its consequences".- http://mtnonline.com/fraud-alert

Ironically, the OFFICIAL link to report such cases from MTN website is not functioning, is this intentional or co-incidence ? you can check for your self http://www.mtnonline.com/fraud-alert/subscriber-fraud http://www.mtnonline.com/fraud-alert/subscriber-fraud

Some Does gonna report ,they foea number trust me.
We use some known and unknown method to verify before reporting scammers numbers to other agencies; police, efcc, ncc, telcoms, we cross check with truecaller app, CIA (Caller Identification Number), Our Internal Database, and of course online forums etc.
WebmastersRe: Please Report Bvn Scam Numbers And Let's Educate And Warn Others About It by NigAntiPhishing(op): 7:14pm On Oct 10, 2016
We strongly advised people with smartphone to download popular app TRUECALLER it really help, we know many are using it, encourage your colleagues and friends to install and use it too, it help in reporting a number as spam/scam and help as early warning when you received an SMS or call regarding BVN and other scamming calls.
