Please i need u guys/ladies to help me out , please how can i change my forum Icon (I.E nairaland )if u open nairaland u will see an icon # how do i change that of my own?

I suspect you are talking about favicon the kind that shows on many/all self-respecting websites in the browser's title bar.
If so, create a small gif/jpeg file say 32X32 pixels, then visit dynamicdrive.com, use their online favicon generator to convert your image to a 32X32pixels icon. If the name of the file is favicon.ico, then upload it into the root of your site, i think mine is on www.mwebng.net/favicon.ico

What kind of forum is it you are using? you need to have some idea about coding to implement that - if u have gone through basic html training that should not be difficult, just tell us the kind of forum you are using maybe it will ring a bell to someone.
