Here's how it'd be played,

name one parastatal or institution in nigeria right now you would not mind buying supposing the opportunity arose (4get about the cash 4 now)

i'd start by saying, I would buy PHCN. _{(that's what i call monopoly of business)}

I'd buy Lagos state material testing lab and sensitise the public on the abundance of mineral resources buried within nigerian soil. Once a mineral is found, say in lagos, they'd have to come to be for confirmation. everybody would become aspiring miners and i an aspiring billion-naira.
