Not pessimistic, but this aint gonna work. You can only protest against a govt that refuses to listen. Concerning this Power issue, d govt officials dont know what to do about power. They ve tried to think about it but its just too much for their head.

Nigeria rulers know what to do but they rather steal the money!

the twitter should rather be 'what happened to $16billion spent on light by OBJ but result was more darkness'

This is 5-year annual budget for many African Countries!!
