Hi, I have a 2005 Honda Pilot and the battery went dead.  I replaced the battery, but now the radio comes up with CODE.  I went through the identification process and the codes come up as:  U1119 L6585.  How do I get an unlock code for this?  Any help in getting this fixed would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks,

  You can change your car battery without your radio locking if you follow these instructions.

Loosen the terminals thats the legs of the car battery a bit so that you can easily loose them in few seconds

Go inside your car if they are not very loose you can start your car easily

Have some one hold your new battery by your side while you carefully loosen up the terminals completely

Be careful so that the positive terminal does not touch body of car raise the terminals up with both hands

The engine should still be running,have some one lift the bad battery and put in place the new one

Then put your terminals in place and secure them.

If you cant do this just explain to your mechanics you want to switch battery while car is running

Its very simple process,hope this helps. Thank you.
