I must be honest with Umost guys i know on the average already got stuffs that you cud giv them as gifts 4 birthday. But if you must impress them the see the following: get his picture worked on to make it look like a painted work of art,framed in golden imported woods check DIGITAL PHOTO STUDIOS then frame it (you cud get for as cheap as #5000) Get a very good quality hair clipper (good ones also cost around 7k-10k) , of course begin to learn how to barb and shave so you cud do it 4 him once in a while or get a customised (handmade greeting card) with his name embossed on it .
