Scientists say a blue moon is exactly what we'll see in the skies this New Year's eve. However, the term 'blue moon' simply refers to the 2nd full moon in a calendes month something that hasn't happened on a new year's due for nearly 20yrs- NASA.
So watchout to the skies to see d 'blue moon'

I didn't see the blue moon on New Year's Eve.

no blue moon that I know of, but they do say there'll be a supermoon tomorrow.

checked it today and it doesnt seem larger than usual.

nah, not that large but it was unusually bright i think.

could be mistaken though.
