I wonder where you got your price range from but the amounts you offered will definitely not fly this bus with the complete original seats.

Nice one, Wellas.

The side sliding door, as well as the tailgage appear to be welded shut. Was that a security measure, to protect the items that were shipped within the vehicle? And will the welds be ground off for the new owner?
