O.K so here's the catch, i need someone to design a flash banner(adsense type) for me for nothing more than 2k and then advertise it with adwords.

i dont know about the $20 charge but i have created the adwords campaign and budget for $10 with my current google mail account its just the activation which includes me inputing credit card info(which i dont have cause of my age,and my parents believe once you input master card details it has been exposed to 419ers)

holy smokes! activation fee is 20 usd? yay! This morning I wanted to use a 75 usd worth adword coupon I got and was told my adwords account was "too old" for that very coupon. Well i was in the process of getting a new account, infact i had already put in my card details and clicked the button to submit, when my connection failed. Hmmm, thought the activation fee was 5 usd. See as google for chop my 20 bucks
