i have learnt the Basic of the following languages Asp.net 3.5, C# 3.0, Ado.net, MSQL Server 2005.
But i still need Tips on how i can become a Professional Web Developer like yu guys out There.

Reading and practing are totally different things. so give yourself a task demanding project and do it, burn the midnight candle. be focused many novice programmers confuse theirselves with many programming languages, tools and database, Start with one and progress with others. e.g in programing i chose VB.NET (i don't use C# or java but i know the syntax), in database i started with access, sql server and now oracle. Also have a mentor or better still join a company so you can now whats on board cos the IT world is constantly changing, hope you use this two sites www.asp.net and www.4shared.com for videos and ebooks. Read a lot and practise a lot. Learn from the beginning that there are best practises that must be ingrained in your developer DNA.
Learn about design patterns. Use you last penny to buy at least one decent text book and follow it religiously (looking up stuff here and there will likely confuse you).

Just build yourself up righteous coding stuff and you'll be very rudely shocked at your progress in as little as a years time.
