The problem I have with yours is (1) Windows Vista (2) I don't know whether it's new or used.

There's this company that's selling refurbished laptops. They are cheap but I wonder about the battery life.

It doesn't have Vista but it has Vista capable logo on it. Which means it can run Vista with ease. This was manufactuered a little earlier before Vista came. Mine is not refurbished. It's NEW and it's still in the pack. It was bought straight from dell.com.
