That’s a red flag right there. I asked a simple question about verification and genuineness of the land that you have been advertising for months, and you can’t answer or be transparent on an online forum? Why do I have to call your number for verification of the land?

Interested, however how can these lands be verified to be genuine? Can the Obas in these areas and family members be contacted for verification? some of these areas also appear to belong to the government.

First off, you have yourself to blame. It is naive to send money to a stranger without confirming authenticity of said product. It is also naive to do a transaction with someone without knowing his/her physical location and how to retrieve funds if things go south.

Secondly, I cant believe people are paying money to join whatsapp groups!

If you follow threads on nairaland, there have been many scammers who come on here promising everything only to run away after conning a good number of people.

If you have the picture of this person, or a phone number put it up so that he/she can be traced. Otherwise, there's not much that can be done with the moniker "Dav8id".

Why do some people feel they have to kill every wild life they come across in the farm? I have seen many posts of people killing snakes, deer, even lizards and using it for pepper soup. You have no idea what wild virus that animal harbors! Remeber Ebola? The first transmission was linked to people eating infected BATS. Nairalanders need to stop posting all these sad pictures of killed wildlife. It is not funny, cool or even exciting to see. It is barbaric and it needs to stop.
