what a corruption?

This is unhumane. Cant believe that corruption has eaten deep in this country to an extent that some top govt officials would be sharing the salaries (sweat) of their staff among themselves every month end while the staff continue working and get no pay.
This is what is happening in the Min of Defence, Nigeria. New staff were employed in august 2010 and they resume duty in Nov 2010 working without being paid at all. Sources said the top shots there (director of finance, accountant, chashier, salary unit officers, etc) continue to feast on the salaries of these helpless citizens who are puting their best in their jobs.
Another source said some cabals in the ministry has fixed the money in certain bank account and enjoy interest.
The staff are weak and hopeless because everytime they keep teling them different stories that has no element of truth.
EFCC and ICPC should investigate this criminal practice and bring those involve to book. They should also ensure that the staff get their salaries for tha past months.
