😂I had to defy my promise to come out and laugh on this one. I’m still not talking anything related to the process anymore. But suffice it to say that NLNG vaccums a lot of consultants when they recruit. Those consulting firms loose a lot of their top hands when NLNG GT recruitment comes to town
“Suffice it to say” is fine, but “vacuums doesn’t really work in that sentence. “Recruits” or “absorbs” would be more appropriate. Not saying it to mean any disrespect but it’s just my observation

My point exactly. Lots of information gets lost in WhatsApp groups. If every NLNG GT recruitment went straight to WhatsApp groups, loads and loads of information would be lost. Someone in the recruitment now, may not care about future recruitments and that’s fine, but more people suffer from such selfish thinking. Nothing compelled me to contribute on any recruitment after I had scaled through. But I have very fond memories of the entire process and try my best to impart on subsequent participants. Maybe I’m just old school thinking for the collective. Maybe GenZ’s are completely different from my generation and I’m thinking old school when new cats (make Una no break my head o) think differently.

Plus, think na. If you were recruiting for this process and got info that applicants were congregating somewhere, would you, as a recruiter, not go there under cover? Just to be aware of what yhe applicants were up to. Especially given that those WhatsApp groups are cesspools for cheating? So I’m a recruiter, I infiltrate tha group and see widespread cheating, I’m just going to get peoples numbers from the group, look up their application with those numbers and mark them as “do not recruit”. Simple. I don’t have to talk or say anything there. Just perch inside and be gathering intel. On NL there’s anonymity, on WhatsApp there’s none. My dinosaur two cents
This thing this person said is so true, I’ve been in groups and once question should leak, even when I know nothing about it I get disqualified. Also so many times I notice the HR too will be present watching and noticing. So many times I’ve noticed that. Not to say you shouldn’t join or create groups, just saying be careful.
Please who has any idea what the second level assessment will be about. I’ve been studying numerical questions though

It is impossible to overlook the value of your contributions.

If it would not be an inconvenience, I would appreciate it if you could share any resources or platforms you recommend for practicing for the AC.
This will be nice please
