You are elected to do a job, the governor has given a proclamation which is the beginning of the proceeding in the house. You sit in your house for more 181 days and your seat is declared vacant and you are complaining

Then the 14 members whose seats were declared vacant went to court challenging the move by the governor in Abuja and the court said lNEC shouldn't conduct elections into the seats but did not declare the move by the governor illegal.

Back to issues please. It is not everyone who can walk away like Jonathan. One could even argue that walking away is even cowardice but let's agree that these guys are not playing the politics of the people.

Meanwhile all of these are dirty things our politicians do but the law favors the governor.

If you are absent for 181 days in a year according to their house rule, your sit will be declared vacant.

The law is on the side of the governor because the seat of 12 members out of the 17 members that impeached the speaker yesterday has been declared vacant because they were absent for more than 181 days in a year. So according to law, they don't exist.

The truth is that both parties are playing dirty politics in Edo and it is very very sad but the law is on the side of the Governor.

Have you ever seen an election like the one that happened in Osun before? Where it was just a case of day light robbery.

He must be seen to be fair. Can you imagine the attorney general wrote a letter in favor of the 17 house members to sit.

This is the sad situation we have found ourselves in this country and Mr President must do more if not history will not be fair to him at all.

Being in suit does not qualify him to be corporate, all those things you use to qualify him does not show in his character, he is a governor to all and not to a section, he denied duly elected HOA to be inaugurated, just because of an assumption, he never believes they're entitled to represent their people.

As per thuggery, almost politicians in this country deploy thugs. Don't try to say it is attached to a particular party. What is devastating in this government ( not about APC ) It is the style of the man at the top. They have changed our security agencies to their thugs.

That decision has widened the distrust. This is no disrespect to his religion but that move has not helped.

The governor of the state has not worked well so far. The Southern Kaduna people are mostly Christian and the deputy governor used to be Christians but the governor changed that.

Southern Kaduna is a terrible issue now.

Everybody is speaking for their interest alone.
