As much as I support what you have said, we have to live in reality and not some fantasy we hope the Nigerian job market place could become.

The industry Larry and Mark operate in is virtually non existent in Nigeria. Most big online firms barely have more than 10 staffs, I know some with as much as 100 but even then, they want a minimum second class upper employee when in reality your degree has totally nothing to do with your job description with them.

As I said earlier, I agree with your point but we have to live in the Nigerian reality. The one you will wake up to tomorrow not the one we hope to wake up to in 2030.

The Nigerian Army which was once a force to be reckoned with is now being believed to be infiltered with leaders who cut corners while leaving their subordinates who they are supposed to protect in the hands of merciless insurgents and sadly, NA. Can NA kill themselves instead of focusing on the insurgent war that is on going. The so called mutiny at the 7th Infantry Division recorded no dead to any body, not even the GOC, and gunshots were not directed at him but to the atmosphere. This alone shows that they never wanted to kill anyone but to express their anger againt the childish commands given to them by the GOC which lead to the dead of their colleagues in uniform. Ofcourse they refuse the dead bodies of their colleagues to be taken away to show the unity of the platoon which is in good spirit.Now they are condemned to dead applying the wrong law . These men condemned to dead has families who they feed, have wivies and children, siblings and parents who they loved and were loved. How will their wivies and children feel if they know that their beloved who volunteered to defend an entity called Nigeria were to be killed by a friendly fire, yes! friendly fire... the most painful dead indeed for a Gallant Soldier to die. Yes NA will say it will reinstate discipline in the NA ranks and files but to the best of it all, the foot soldiers who are currently in frontline will definitely fly their colours in low morales - expect more anarchy!. Also, were they not told to act first and complain later? did they not act? and when they complained, the leaders are now shouting crucify him, crucify him.

GOCs should know that respect is reciprocal and should not be in one way alone. The Animal Farm syndrome must be droped because "ALL ANIMALS ARE NOW TRULY EQUAL" and military rule ended 2007 , We are not ready and should never think of going back to that anytime soonest.

I am not saying that military court ruling is not fair in their judgment,... it is far from being fair. But, WHO ARE MINE TO JUDGE the demigods!
The worst judgment to have been meant out on these soldiers should have been a compulsory retirement with full payment packages just to get them going with their new life as ex-service men pending when they have other source(s) of livelihood...
