Why open a new one? There's nothing wrong with the old one just fund it and sell to us(exchangers). It's better than using the bank withdrawal option cause Payoneer Will charge you 1.5% of the amount and they'd be currency conversation fee and your local bank conversation rate would be around 270-302/$. So it's best you sell to exchangers. Did I mention that minimum withdrawal is $1000?

You're not missing anything, your account is an old account just like most of us, no bank account added.

No, the registration process only changed before you registered. The bank account request is a new development which started about 2 months ago.
