On monday got an inspiration to mail one of my old customer and ask him if he would be interested in buying some names for below $100, that due to the effect of covid-19 and economic breakdown, our company is willing to let them go at low amounts. (NOTE: I never had those names, I just did a research on him and saw his services covers most cities in his state, and the last name he bought was just one of the city+service keyword, and the other surrounding cities close to him + same keyword where still available).
So he said he was interested, I risked buying costly four names from epik, buh thank God he actually bought three.

Bought and sold : Via Epik.
Hold time: Few hours (with a lot of tension )

Input ads//google//com, then click the start now, you would see the option of "where do you want your ad to appear" , this is normally seted to Nigeria but you can cancel it, then input the city you want using the "set up specific area option".

i would suggest if it's a geo domain starting with a city, then use a screenshot from ads.google.com, just search for the city, screenshot and send to him, tell him that he can reach that amount of population with that domain. He wont understand the trick orelse he is really an SEO expert.

I think both depend on how smart you are. Some can still finish the audio hour you mentioned in less than 3 hours. And most times the customers are put on a long hold. Some 30 minutes audio can be done in an hour too due to little or no conversation. All that matters is skill and luck.

So averagly, how much is paid for an hour audio?

in general, domain flipping is a profitable business, once you have good names, just give it time.

For you to transcribe an hour long audio, you will sweat. But on Brainly, effort is somehow lower than earns if you are smart. There are some college questions that I will see, and I'll be laughing.

I hv 30 names on SH, 4 are mine, the others were regd by SH.
My normal portfolio is averagly 60-65names, am not so sure of the figure.
