So the Mango in my compound is bigger than my head, and with a relatively small seed compared to the mass of the full Mango.

With the recent court declaration that Sprite/Fanta plus Vitamin C is poisonous, it seems to me now that there was some truth to that rumour because Mangoes contain Vitamin C for sure.

A South African pastor identified as Prophet Light Monyeki of Grace Living Hope Ministries last Sunday mixed a deadly rat poison with water, and gave his congregation to drink.

The church posted on Facebook, the act to “demonstrate the power of faith” . The post also added that the pastor drank it first before giving it to his members.
