girls to send him cash that they have for rent, tuition etc

2. He promises to pay their expenses by Credit Card to
“reduce his tax liability”.

@ Mukina2, please do the needful & ban this fraudster
from Nairaland before he claims yet another victim.

Exhibit 2 Coogar asking her to use different card numbers to pay off a debt to her and they keep failing.
As you can see, Coogar is an experienced fraudster & his naive girlfriend has been roped and used by him. Arif his “Birmingham Accountant” is his Indian connection for getting Credit Card numbers.

Dear All, this is to call ur attention to a
fraudster. A credit card fraudster who is running around ruining the lives of Nairalanders
and the General Public by stealing their credit card
details. The fraudster is known on Nairaland as Coogar.

Names hv been redacted, but we hv the full
information and Exhibit 1 – Evidence of an
Actual Fraudulent Payment:

Coogar asked his
naive girlfriend (Babe3) to send him her tuition fees &
he will pay her school fees by credit card so “he can
reduce his tax liability”. Payment by Coogar is shown
below:

Email address is also his.

Note the billing
address is in Glendale, Arizona however the payment is
made from an IP address in SE18 – Woolwich, South
East London – a well known fraud area.

resident of dat property – a 50+ year old man, whose
life has bn made a misery by dis fraudster.
