So you gotta start making small changes in your daily routine that accumulate over time, which eventually changes the path of your life altogether. Start doing small things like tidying your room and doing 10 push-ups in the morning + 10 push-ups before going to sleep

Watch what goes into your mouth, in other words, watch what you eat, exercise no matter how little daily, and increase the amount as you go. Same with socializing, please don't stay lonely all alone, socialize with like minds


Force yourself to go outside and walk for 15 minutes (without a car) daily and increase the amount as you go. Socialize with people while outside, exposure therapy will make you better at this as time passes.

Perhaps start to consider looking for a romantic partner should you be single and above 25 years old, if married be responsible as a husband/wife during this process since starting a family tends to be the biggest motivator for the human organism to keep living and moving forward. A Young boy almost lost his life today after taking substances, so to go harder on his supposed girlfriend.

He is just a boy of 17 years who just fell off a one-storey building after taking drugs substance so to be hard on his said babe, but the drug took over him, he started misbehaving and jumped from a storey building, lucking for him, he made it live but with severe injuries.

If you are young and reading this, please say no to drug abuse, we should also build a friendly character for our children and young ones so as to be able to give them the right support they need to overcome the societal menace has on them.
