I have a BSc Accounting and PGD Business Administration

I am currently a civil servant working as a Payroll officer

I used NOC 1121 (Human Resource professionals)
Do I need a HR certification for this NOC

Also which other NOC is close what I do and has frequently come up in the EE Draws and PNP

Meanwhile I created an SINP profile and my total is 67. Which other PNP can I apply for with my scores below
L 7,5,S 7.5,R 7.5,W 7
Age: 34 (will be 35 by April 29th)
Single
ECA done

good morning all, please I have issues with finding my NOC,Please can anyone help me with a site to see the functions of each NOC title and code. I recall seeing it in one of the previous threads but I can not remember the particular one.
