This story is filled with loopholes. What was the cause of death? Drowning or electrocution? And we are missing the main point, why was a soak away pit open in a public place? Moreover, there was nothing harmful in the dirty water. It could have happened to anybody; graduate or undergruate, dirty water or not, whether you are being chased or not. Let's put the blame on who deserves it.
