Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Advice On Taking A Job Offer With Bc Kash Corporative by nnamdilizzy: 6:17pm On Feb 06, 2022
Dear poster,

I can attest to the above, because I work with bc kash.
I joined bc kash April 2013 as a trainee under the marketing department. I was given a month to meet my target as a trainee in other to ascertain the level of my aggressiveness in marketing their products in the market.

After one month I met my target I was paid my trainee allowance, which is referred to as transport allowance for that one month I was under training. After meeting my target, the following month my salary started counting meaning I started receiving my salary and not trainee allowance because have met my target and have shown that am fit for the position I applied for. Because of my zeal to succeed with bc kash, and having seen that the company has a vision and mission that will in no time become an unimaginable reality in the nearest future because their was a system and a process on ground already so i decided to step up the game and commit my total self to their vision and mission as a marketer then.

I met a lot of "valley of disappointment" while on this mission to succeed with the company, but because I had this "I can do spirit" I kept committing myself to my job because I realised that lazy people are not accommodated in bc kash .

Dear poster I have taking a little of my time to do a brief narration of my experience with bc kash from the time I joined bc kash, I have read through the replies to the questions you asked if BC KASH is real, if they really pay the said salaries you mentioned. Judging by the month and year I said I joined bc kash. I wanna ask, if truly the comments made here in the negative that salaries and trainee allowance are not been paid, how would I have been able to marry, pay my children school fees, have properties in my name, and pay other bills between the year 2013 and present? It would interest you to know that I did not work for more than two years with bc kash before I was given a brand new car(tear rubber) worth nothing less than 2 - 3 million Nigeria naira for my outstanding performances in 2015. If the salaries is that bad, how was I able to marry after one and half year of employing me to the company. Which company in Africa continues paying a staffs salary after he or she has resigned and has left the organization? , it can only happen here in bc kash and I can gladly testify it. Aside salaries their are other benefits I enjoy every month and annually, things like incentives, car maintenance allowance, medical allowance and annual bonus, etc. It will also interest you to know that due to my hard work, I only worked as a marketer for a year plus and I was promoted to the position of a manager and not after a long period I was also promoted to the position of a zonal manager. As i speak right now am now an employer , since my promotion as a manager in 2014 have been employing new applicants, who are now managers and zonal managers.

This the true saying that says..... Count your blessings and name them one by one, have counted and am still going to count.

Please I want to quickly state this clearly that my coming here to make these statements is because I could not just watch and fold my hands watch people who don't know a thing about bc kash that turned my life for good through working with them, or allow anyone makes false accusations or make up negative stories in other to tarnish their image while being alive.

You know that inquiry was a hatchet job, but if truly you are genuine, I think I've given you an honest answer. But I know hatchet people are out to destroy but those with good intentions cannot will always conquer. Please be guided!. Many thanks.
