HELLO,
I'm looking for a female room mate to share a 3 bedroom house in the NW area of Edmonton, just off the Henday in a quiet neighbourhood.
The lease will kick start September 1st and must be willing to sign a one year lease. Rent is 800 dollars a month with all utilities included .
it's just going to be the 2 of us in the house and the third room will be for when either party has a guest over .
If you are a student its really close to a bus terminal if you dont drive, for a professional who would like to take the bus to work too there is a bus terminal where you can park your car for free and ride the bus. If you are interested please message me with a few detail about yourself .
