Good day,

I want to buy a used car in Lagos and I want to drive it down to Port Harcourt, but the vehicle license will expire in May 2019. Can I drive it down to Port Harcourt and get the CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP done at Port Harcourt? Or do I do it here in Lagos before I embark on the journey?

Please I need advice so as not to have issues with uniformed men on the highway from Lagos to Port Harcourt.
