Liverpool were playing really well until Lambert and that Ghana man came on.

both of them lacked the pace to keep up with Liverpool's fast counter attacks and it tore them apart

both Zouma and Cesar was key to today's victory.
Their defensive discipline was exceptional, Zouma made sure to tame Sterling and his pace and also did well to break down every counter attempt that involved Sterling

Jose's tactics was spot on with Cesar coming in - keep your shape and do not get caught on the counter. it was evident today that Liverpool dwells on counter attacks.

Jose certainly knew what he was doing starting Zouma - a young and powerful defender with the pace to handle Sterling.

Sterling would have rapêd old man Terry and would have made Cahill look like a ninny.

Our starting eleven are the standout performers.

Take those guys out, and we are just like any other team.

if you watch the goal again, you would see the defenders were all backing off, even Courtois.

I was even surprised to see Courtois sitting in his net, because he usually closes down attackers in a one on one situation
